Here the festival runs from the 10 th to 27 th of August 2023.

Multi-trip passes for Wellington, Dunedin and Christchurch for 2023 can be purchased online now from the NZIFF store. Multi-Trip Pass benefits include discounted tickets and advanced access to tickets for all sessions.

For 2023 the beloved festival is finally back at full strength, after the last few years were impacted by pandemic cancellations and downsizing.

With over 100 films to choose from, it’s important to have a game plan. There’s something for pretty much every taste at NZIFF, whether you want a nail-biting thriller or a thoughtful art flick to sink your teeth (or eyes) into.
